When you submit one of our forms (as an artist/creator requesting a free edit, or as a label/agency/management requesting a demo), we may collect:

• Your artist name or company name
• Your role, if provided
• Audio and video files you upload (songs and footage)

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or third-party ad tracking on this site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and add appropriate notice.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your request and produce the edit or demo you asked for
• Contact you about your submission, including sending you an access code if selected
• Occasionally reach out about Cutstar updates, such as when new features become available (you can ask us to stop at any time)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Store & Share Information

Form submissions are processed through Netlify, our website hosting provider, which securely stores submitted data on our behalf. Uploaded audio and video files are used solely to produce the edit you requested and are not shared publicly without your permission.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us using the contact below.
